If you are using AdwareFilter and have a product usage question, open AdwareFilter, click Help, and then click the "Desktop Help Manual" link to open the Desktop Help Manual.

If you believe there is malware on your computer that AdwareFilter is unable to remove, open the AdwareFilter window and click "Report Spyware" to send a report.

If your computer firewall prevents sending the report, or if the report seems to hang without ending, you can manually locate and email the report:
1. Open an email addressed to, and click the icon to attach a file
2. Using your file explorer navigate to C:/Users/..your-user-name../AppData/Roaming/adwarefilter
3. Click on the file named "adwarefilter-sysinfo.spx" to attach it to the email.
4. In the body of the email describe the problem you are having with suspected malware.
